  • Drive multiple efforts to increase Codec Avatar full-body development from early prototypes to a scale-able work, balancing the need to innovate quickly and flexibly with risk reduction and roadmap commitments.

  • Develop  cross-discipline and cross-department collaborations, in order to improve hardware and software reliability, and enhance the transfer of knowledge between teams.

  • Improve resource management tooling across the Program Management team in order to keep productivity in the face of the frequent changes that arise from research and development.

Fablevision Studios, Producer, 2018 - 2021

  • Led multidisciplinary development teams on the production of 25+ games, interactives, and animations from kickoff to launch.

  • Implemented Scrum and Sprint Planning for my game and interactive teams, and templatized my work for others to adopt.

  • Managed client expectations and feedback on multiple projects to align expectations with team efforts and abilities.

  • Balanced project staffing across 30+ concurrent projects for a 20-30-person studio team to guarantee production deadlines were met.

  • Negotiated communication and collaboration disciplines in order to optimize for transformative user experiences.

  • Drove professional development for the Production craft through the standardization and documentation of project management practices across producers, and the management of both interns and production assistants.

  • Managed a 15-person team developing a Star Wars augmented reality game for Disney Interactive and Lucasfilm Games.
